Second Ramadan Week

There is already a full week of long fasting days behind us. The second week is on. It is pretty easy this year. I even have been out on the bike quite some of the days, just as a trial. Amazingly it is not a real big deal. The previous days I took it easy, each day a bit different. Today I found out that a full training is not a big deal and even that is possible despite of a full day fasting.
The days a pretty much the same as they are when it is not Ramadan. The only thing is, no eating, no drinking. And that from three at night until almost ten in the evening.
